ownCloud for Debian supports and suggests to use Apache 2.  However, we
have an alternative depend on httpd.  This means that other webservers,
such as lighttpd, nginx, can be used but they need to be configured
manually.  This also means that apt-get will try to install apache2
unless you tell it not too.  It is done this way by many packages
such as roundcube, redmine, wordpress, etc.

I do agree that there is a problem with our post-installation script,
because it tries to use a2enmod and apache2ctl even if Apache2 is
not installed.  I will try to fix this in the new release.
