By own admission of upstream [1], the PostgreSQL support is not so solid/stable
yet. As it will get some attention in the future, we definitely plan to support
it in Debian as well, but we have decided to drop it for Wheezy.

The next upload (4.0.4debian-1) will no longer have the owncloud-pgsql package.
I will leave the bug report open, as it is still relevant for the upcoming
releases, and of course for Wheezy+1.

Cheers,
Paul
