Hi, 
after the default install in debian I can't add new users ...
applying the patch:

# diff /usr/share/owncloud/settings/js/users.js
# /usr/share/owncloud/settings/js/users.js.ORG

<   //    location.reload();
---
>       location.reload();

seems to solve the problem
