[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] ML maintenance

Hi all!

Every now and then there's a spam msg on the ML. On other mailing list archives 
I've seen a "report as spam" button, although I'm not sure what the consequence 
is of clicking it.
Anyway, I think it's a good job for a Junior Developer (=me) to remove spam from 
the ML (archive). 

Also when looking at the ML Archives [1] I see it's grouped by week whereas on 
most other archives it's grouped by month, which I think would be a better match 
for pkg-owncloud-maintainers too.

What do you think?
