I now fixed all your issues except of the lintian information (desktop-entry-
lacks-keywords-entry), 'cause I really read the text of (lintian -i) now 
multiple times and don't understand what I have to do.

I: owncloud-client: desktop-entry-lacks-keywords-entry 
usr/share/applications/owncloud.desktop
