Builds of owncloud-client in minimal environments geared for building
only its architecture-dependent binary packages (as on most
autobuilders) have been failing:

     dh_sphinxdoc -a -O--parallel
  dh_sphinxdoc: Sphinx documentation not found
  make: *** [binary-arch] Error 2

dh_sphinxdoc evidently treats having nothing to do as an failure
rather than a trivial success; please conditionalize your usage of
dh's "--with sphinxdoc" flag appropriately.
