[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Would a backport be useful?

Hi Jan,

I saw your blog post http://blog.waja.info/2013/09/11/owncloud-for-debian-wheezy/ and find it great, that you have fiddeled out to build it for wheezy-
backports. I would really like to see you packages under backports.debian.org 
- Would you like to be responsible for that ( as part or not as part of the 
team)? If you need a sponsor for backports, that would be also possible. 

As most teams we have leak of manpower. That's why david told you, that he 
doesn't wants to push the packages to backports. But I like the idea of proper 
backport packages. Actually I prepered the owncloud-client packages to come to 
backports ( If the newest versinos enters testing).
