Hello,

With pkg-kde-tools 0.15.9 bug #725023 was closed, owncloud-client compiles now 
successfully at s390x. David Prévot <david at tilapin.org> tested the 
successfully build for s390x (with pkg-kde-tools 0.15.9).
So please set owncloud-client into the mode, that it will be rebuild.
