[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Upgrade overwrites custom data link

Hi.

I tried to follow the mailing threads but this subject did not come up 
and I figured this is the right place to ask, if not, would you be so 
kind as to redirect me to the correct channel.

I have changed the link /usr/share/owncloud/data to not point to 
/var/lib/owncloud/data. When upgrading the package this gets 
overwritten, is it possible to check for this during packet install?

I upgraded from 5.0.11 to 5.0.12 just now (I did not have this setup 
before).
