That one seems easy, “just” follow the the s/uglifyjs/yui-compressor/
path as advised and as you already did for owncloud.

For the others, better ask for advice on the maintainer list
<pkg-javascript-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org> (if the uploader is who I
think he is, don’t count too much on him: he is a rookie JS guy also
learning these stuff…)
