[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Bug#733749: dependency libqt4-sql-sqlite

I upgraded my Owncloud client. It was working without any trouble.
GUI throws error "unable to initialize a sync journal"
Log shows error "Database Driver QSQLITE could not be loaded!"
I installed some SQL related packages, this didn't help. In the end the
issue was resolved by installing libqt4-sql-sqlite , as hinted on

System: Linux 3.12-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.12.6-2 (2013-12-29) x86_64
GNU/Linux

PS: this is my first bug report. I did my best to follow rules. This bug
report is rather brief, since the cause and resolve are rather simple.
