I was a bit afraid of that. Afraid because I already did the job of
packaging Patchwork, and to make the owncloud package work with it (i.e
afraid of the idea of having done some useless work ;), and because
Patchwork upstream is nice and reactive (so I may and end up to continue
and maintain it for a while even if it become useless for ownCloud, and
thus adding me more work for little gain ;).
Since the Debian package already recommends php5-intl, I do believe it
would be a nice improvement to depend on php5-intl | php-patchwork-utf8
instead of the current php-patchwork-utf8 dependency, and look forward to
see such a patch included upstream, so thanks again for that.
