Dear Maintainers,

I am attaching a debdiff that makes libowncloudsync0 ship files in multiarch
locations. Please see https://wiki.debian.org/Multiarch/Implementation for the
details and the motivation.

It was originally applied in Ubuntu to fix FTBFS there.

My 0004-cmake-multiarch.patch is based on system version on GNUInstallDirs.cmake
(shipped in cmake-data package), so instead of applying it you can just make the
package using the system version.
