[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Bug#741886: Acknowledgement (Fails to remember password)

I've checked
~/.local/share/data/ownCloud/owncloud.cfg
and it has

[ownCloud]
url=<myurl>
user=<myuser>
passwd=<mypassword>
nostoredpassword=false

This looks correct to me.

Btw, why is this file in ~/.local/share (i.e. XDG_DATA_HOME) and not
~/.config/ (i.e. XDG_CONFIG_HOME)? See [0]
