[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Bug#778688: owncloud: provides nginx sample conf

Hello,

It would be nice if a sample nginx conffile was provide, similarly to
apache conffile already included.

Recently, upgrade of the debian package broke the file application due
to change in the recommanded nginx conf
(cf. https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/14328 ). If nginx conffile was
provided, I would have aware of this change.

Nginx people provides an example at
