Hi,

FWIW, <http://bugs.debian.org/owncloud> shows other RFP that will be
needed for OC8:

#760531 php-zipstreamer -- stream zip files without i/o overhead
#760533 php-randomlib -- random numbers and strings generation
#760534 RFP: php-securitylib -- base set of libraries for other
security-related projects

owncloud-contacts is currently being uploaded to alioth and the NEW pipe:

I managed to prepare a quirty owncloud 8 package (no real code review,
copyright update, nor packaging update). I'll push this WIP stable8 branch
to alioth once 7.0.5 is released upstream (the package is ready, I’m just
waiting for the green light from upstream before uploading it to Debian).
