[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Bug#781969: Include MariaDB in dependencies

The OwnCloud package has at the moment the line:

  Suggests: mysql-server | virtual-mysql-server | postgresql

As upstream OwnCloud uses mostly MariaDB in their QA and testing
infrastructure, I think users would be best served if the line said:

  Suggests: mariadb-server | virtual-mysql-server | postgresql
