[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] ownCloud 8 clean debian packages

Hello,

I was wondering whether packages for ownCloud 8 are being made and will be put 
in unstable/testing.

Since roundcube is not part of Debian 8, I was considering trying the being-
developed mail apps for ownCloud but, unfortunately, it requires ownCloud 8.

The packages provided upstream does not seems a good match (for instance, it 
wants to remove mariadb, I dont know why).

Can we expect clean debian packages in the next coming weeks or month?
