You’re right, that’s exactly what happens (the keys are simply moved in
their new location), it explains why the migration is so quick. Thanks
for correcting my wrong assumption.

I still don’t understand why the old files are not available after the
migration, but at least, I can stop looking at why the files didn’t
change in the disk… I fail to get any debug output so far, and I still
don’t know if I am doing something wrong during the migration, or if
something is broken in the latest (8.2) Debian package…

The encryption:decrypt-all and encryption:encrypt-all occ-commands are
already available from the latest 8.2.
