Yes, I could have added a Breaks statement. My objection isn't that it's
difficult, my objection is that it's the wrong solution. I'll leave it
for now since it's already uploaded. But Rakudo needs to work on its
distribution strategy. At the moment, it's barely package-able, because
it insists on sticking to an unstable release pattern.
