[Pkg-parrot-devel] dh_parrot helper script

With some more testing I've spotted (and fixed) a little bug in the dh_parrot
script that caused it to extract and use the wrong parrot version (this is turn
caused the parrotapi package name to be wrong, making the package built using it
uninstallable). The fixed script can be found at [0].

I've used the git version of parrot and this script to build and install both
nqp and rakudo 2012.04.1 and everything works fine now.
