Done. I've now merged the topic/release-4.6.0 branch into master and I'll
prepare an upload soonish.

Nope, it's not needed. Btw, the DM upload permission mechanism recently changed
[0]. Since I can't find you or parrot in [1] I guess yours hasn't been update
yet. I'll gladly do it if needed.
