I was thinking about this lately, but haven't done anything yet, so please go
ahead. Just to be sure, note that the repository at [0] (pkg-parrot/parrot) is
the most updated, so please use it instead of [1] (pkg-parrot/pkg-parrot).

I guess at some point we may want to remove pkg-parrot/pkg-parrot completely,
since it's not very useful right now.

Yes. Besides, testing and unstable are already out of sync wrt parrot, so a new
version won't change much.
