[Pkg-parrot-devel] Parrot 5.9.0 Debian packages

Hi,

I've updated parrot packaging to the latest stable release 5.9.0. I pushed
everything to http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-parrot/parrot.git if you
want to have a look.

The changelog looks like this as of now:

 parrot (5.9.0-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream release
   * Update control and *.install to new release
   * Fix ICU header detection (Closes: #724336)
   * Refresh patches
   * Remove outdated Conflicts/Replaces on parrot 1.0.0

I'd like to upload this ASAP (it will have to go thrwough NEW, so we can still
"stop" it if anything major comes up).

Incidentally, neither rakudo nor nqp (2013.10) need the parrot-devel package at
runtime anymore AFAICT, so I guess #641213 can be (finally) closed as well.
