[Pkg-parrot-devel] Bug#724074: ops doc missing

The /usr/share/doc/parrot/4.0.0/pod/ops directory is empty.  It's meant
to contain POD describing the opcodes of the Parrot VM.

Presumably this bug is related to the fact that the missing files are
generated by extracting POD from C files elsewhere in the Parrot source
tree (src/ops/*.ops) whereas most of the documentation is stored directly
in the source tree.
