[Pkg-pascal-devel] FPC 2.6.4 is released.

Hi All,

As you may have noticed already, FPC 2.6.4 has been released. I'd like
to package first FPC before packaging Lazarus 1.2 as we need to
re-upload anyway when uploading a major FPC release.

I'll start packaging, but of course help is always welcome.
