[Pkg-pascal-devel] Unblocking Lazarus in New queue.

Dear FTP masters,

Lazarus 1.2.6 [1] was uploaded to the experimental 3 months ago. This
was an upstream maintenance release that fixes few bugs with some bug
fixes and limited changes [2].

Can you please unblock it so our users can start testing it? We probably
don't consider uploading to unstable before jessie is out due to other
packages dependencies, so this will not create any issue for release.
