[Pkg-pascal-devel] Lazarus 1.4.0

Hi all,

Just so you know, I am already working on the new lazarus 1.4.0. The
main thing I am doing right now it to convert the d/copyright file to
the machine parse-able format, which is quite some work. There are some
new files that we need to strip for Debian in the 1.4.0 release.
