[Pkg-pascal-devel] Free license for Windows XP Theme Manager

Hi Mike,

I am one of the maintainers of Lazarus (an IDE build in and for
FreePascal) in Debian, which is a leading Linux distribution. As part of
that job, I am currently going through all the licenses that I can find
in the source of Lazarus. The Lazarus source contains one file [1]
authored by you which contains a license (see below and your website)
that Debian considers non-free [2]. This would mean that I have to
remove the file from Debian and thus cripple Lazarus. However, I see
that other project of you are licensed under well known free licenses
(MIT/Expat, MPL, LGPL). Would you consider relicensing your Windows XP
Theme Manager to a free license [3]?
