Well, I will commit the new d/copyright file soon (tomorrow). However,
there are two files that need to be removed from the source and at least
one I couldn't yet work around (lcl/themes.pas). I could not persuade
the author of that file to relicense, he thinks it is old, for Windows
XP, so he doesn't want to bother. However, it is entangled in
lcl/interfacebase.pp which seems to be (by the name of it) a rather core
function.
