You offered to try to work around the lcl/themes.pas file. Did you
manage already? If so, we can upload 1.4.0 to experimental, as the
package can than be build. Apparently components/fpdebug is not build,
so we can just strip the macho.pas file in that dir without issues
(although I would like to know if we should just remove the full fpdebug
dir altogether.)
