Yes, Lintian does emit hardening-no-relro warnings (not errors).

At the moment, we have cqrlog and doublecmd which are unable to
migrate because of the arm build failures, and we have fpc which is
unable to migrate because of cqrlog being unable to migrate.  I
propose that we work around the problem for now, and then deal with
whatever upstream or debian-arm come back with later.
