[Pkg-pascal-devel] Bug#793991: Update on bug#793991: lazarus: armel and armhf builds stall

I synced lazarus 1.4.0+dfsg-5 into Ubuntu and once it was accepted
into the release pocket I triggered rebuilds on cqrlog, doublecmd,
easymp3gain and winff which were delayed by ARM build failures.  I'll
report back on the rebuilds later.

As far as Debian is concerned, I intend to upload a new doublecmd
tomorrow and cqrlog already worked around the problem.
What needs to be done for easymp3gain?
