[Pkg-pascal-devel] fpc 3.0.0 to unstable and lazarus 1.6

Hi all,

Just so it is clear what my intentions are, a brief e-mail.

I got build rights on the debomatic¹, so my idea is to build all reverse
dependencies of fpc there. Once verified that everything builds, we can
request the release managers a transition slot for the fpc-abi
(shouldn't be difficult, in the past we didn't even bother). In the mean
time (it is orthogonal) we can upload lazarus 1.6(rc) to experimental
and once the stable version is released, we can upload that to unstable.

I plan to do this if nobody else does it (or part of it), but I am also
working on an important improvement to dbconfig-common and I have
limited time currently.

So help is welcome with assessing the reverse dependencies and with
packaging of the release candidate of lazarus.

fpc needs two changes before upload to unstable, the pending change of
Graham in unstable git + the patch of Jonas.
