[Pkg-pascal-devel] fpc 3.0.0 to unstable and lazarus 1.6

I asked the release team on IRC, and if we are (and I believe we are)
maintaining all the reverse dependencies ourselves as a team, we can do
this without the release team (carefully worded of course, to not give
too much).

RC1 was uploaded and accepted. I haven't had time to look into rc2 as I
am working on several CVE issues and an RC bug in one of my other packages.

All still true.

However, I intend to upload fpc 3.0.0 to unstable shortly + trigger
lazarus and castle-game-engine to rebuild. Do we know of other reverse
dependencies that require rebuilding?
