Uhmm, that is still work in progress, don't look at it too much.

Sure, great. But I am afraid that I can't be of much help there. But
yes, the fact that the whole free pascal chain is doing static linking
has been rather annoying.

If I understand correctly, this would solve bug 472304², right?
