Thanks for looking into this issue.

In my case an installation on a fresh system could not get rebuilt, so it
felt like an 'important' severity, but please change it to whatever is more
appropriate. Perhaps something else was going on. In the meantime, SVN copy
was getting rebuilt just fine. I didn't investigate any further after
finding out that many source files were missing from the package.

Producing a complete list of missing files is rather tedious. Instead, why
not just take the official sources in full and as is?
