[Pkg-pascal-devel] lazarus binary package doesn't depend on lcl?

Currently I don't think the price of another package is worth it. But
indeed, that may be the proper solution in the future. Currently the qt
package is one of the smaller lazarus packages due to the overlap with
gtk, so I am not in a hurry.

By the way, shouldn't lazarus-1.6 recommend all lcl-<widgetset>-#
packages? Currently when one installs lazarus-1.6 your are likely not
getting lcl-qt4-1.6, as it is an alternative, and you need lcl-gtk2-1.6
anyways. Or maybe do that in lcl-1.6?

Let's do that then with the next upstream version (as we need to go
through NEW at that moment anyways).
