Since the introduction of glibc 2.23 in unstable, fpc is uninstallable on
powerpc (bug 826300). As fpc is needed to build fpc, we can't anymore fix the
issue without bootstapping fpc again on that architecture. While we are still
trying to figure out the fix for that bug, in my opinion it would make sense to
remove fpc from powerpc. Not only does bug 826300 influence fpc, but it looks
like all binaries build with fpc on powerpc are affected. So removing reverse
dependencies of fpc is probably the best way to go anyways. Bug 826300 is
already RC, so the whole fpc stack is going to be removed from testing if this
package isn't fixed. As soon as we have the fix for bug 826300 (infinity is
looking into it and already knows where it goes wrong, just doesn't have the
solution yet), I will do the bootstrapping again and upload the binaries.
