two points:
1) without the powerpc issue fixed, I believe fpc will not migrate to
testing without further actions from either ftp-master or release-manager.
2) I have multiple items pending (or nearly done) in my local tree.
 * Now really bumb Standards to 3.9.8 (forgot control.in)
 * Make output of fix-fp-timestamps update unique
 * autopkgtest failed to run properly due to accidental removal of code
   in 3.0.0+dfsg-5
 * Add fp-utils-# and fp-docs-# to the Depends of fpc to get all
packages installed

If you can wait, I will push my changes to git when I fixed the
autopkgtest fully (there is still one thing going wrong), so that you
can upload a new package once Adam has the fix for powerpc or when
patience is running out.
