By "small bug" I was referring only to the bug about ImageMagick
#828120 (and related #829063), that is causing view3dscene removal
from testing today. It's "small" in the sense that the bug is not
within the core view3dscene functionality (it's just a bug when
processing the icon file), and it has an easy workaround (use Inkscape
to render SVG).

The powerpc issue, affecting whole fpc, has a longer deadline, as far
as I see (2016-08-06).
