Package: fp-utils-3.0.0
Severity: critical
Justification: breaks unrelated software

Dear Maintainer,
I just found out that after installing free pascal, some of my LaTeX slides stopped compiling
properly.

After some work, it turns out that the reason is the presence of this file, installed by fp-utils-3.0.0 in
a LaTex path I still use

    /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/fpc-3.0.0/listings.sty

This is an horribly outdated version of the listings LaTeX package (dates back to 2002 according to the header), that misses many of the features used in modern version, hence breaking LaTeX compilation of unrelated files.

I did not investigate further, and just removed all of free pascal: you might want to look at why such a file is present, and find a way to reach the same objectives without breaking the rest of the LaTeX distribution

Cheers
