ah, I missed the fix and thought, if it builds it would be ok. I totally
understand the issue now.

I tried to backport dh-exec. It sadly requires bats for its "make
check". So that needs to be backported, too.

All these three packages (bats, dh-exec and fpc) builds clean without
any changes in the jessie-backports environment. You can find the
resulting packages at http://alex.spline.de/7b1efc8d61/.

Can you take a look at it, if the packages are fine? And would you like
to submit it?
