This very much looks like the content of libqtpas, except slightly more
up-to-date. So I wonder how we need to treat this. I guess we could take
this as the new source for libqtpas. Does libqtpas have any use outside
of packages build with the lazarus lcl? Should we prevent building this
(or at least installing this) in the lazarus package?
