[Pkg-pascal-devel] lazarus 1.8~rc1 contains non-dfsg images in component

To be correct, this is not a copyright issue. And from the point of
lazarus this is likely an acceptable license, but...

Any ideas on this subject? My current approach is going to be to remove
the onlinepackagemanager from the components, but I rather don't.
However, the license of these unidentified files is unacceptable for Debian.
