[Pkg-pascal-devel] fpc_3.0.0+dfsg-12_source.changes REJECTED

I've signed only the .changes file, no the .dsc.
I used to build using gbp on my machine directly and it signed for me.Now I use
--git-pbuilder as I can't afford anymore to have my laptop on sid.And now I need
to sign files manually so did not sign .dsc.
