[Pkg-pascal-devel] fpc and lazarus uploads to unstable?

Hi all,

I wanted to upload fpc and lazarus (and libqt4pas) to unstable around
two weeks ago, but then discovered that most of the lazarus reverse
dependencies were not ready yet (bugs filed, this list in CC).

To give them some time, I wanted to wait and upload around now, but
because of my lack of time until Debconf, I intend to hold off until
then. Unless we collectively decide we want to upload what we have right
now in experimental (and break stuff in sid for a little while). lazarus
RC3 is out, I hope I could still upload that (to experimental or unstable).
