[Pkg-pascal-devel] fpc and not for evil license

Hi,
While I'm sharing the author point of view that my code shall be used for Good
not Evil, I fail to define the Good and Evil without any ideological reference
and thus know that thee will be many people that will have a different
definition of both Good and Evil.
In practice, I don't think this can be used in a court to sue a user, so I don't
really care about it. Now of course lintian will complain about it, so let's
remove this piece of code.
