The issue is that the arch:all packages are added to the packages list
of architectures that don't have any arch specific packages. The
migration script (britney2) isn't able to handle this properly for
packages that aren't build anymore (the X-# arch:all packages).

No, there is one remaining: lazarus-doc-1.6. (and lazarus isn't old
enough, because I did a new upload). As lazarus depends on a fixed
fpc-abi version, they have to migrate together (also with
castle-game-engine).
