You're adding some back that you removed in commit 5973575f. I think
that is mostly fine, except that Lintian¹ doesn't like it yet, because
not all packages have MA flags yet. So I think we have to determine the
correct MA flag for all packages to be correct.

Any reason why you didn't fix bug 875838 in the latest upload? I was
expecting you wanted to wait for 3.0.4 before any upload.
